The racing series is a lighter version of the classic XT series, featuring a hard-anodized aluminum central shaft and a bearing cage with Peek (semi-crystalline high-performance thermoplastic rollers.
The sprockets are made of Xantal alloy, mounted on low-friction axles with hard PVD treatment and anti-corrosion insulation rings.
The baseplate, manufactured using CNC (Computer Numeric Control machine) technology, is lighter and stronger than cast aluminum.
Maintenance is child's play, thanks to the ease with which the mechanism can be removed without dismantling the base.
XT RACE winches are available with 1 reduced speed (XT16R and 30R), 2 reduced speeds (XT16.2R,30.2R,40R,44R,48R,52R,62R,66R,70R), 1 direct speed and 2 reduced speeds (XT52.3RD,62.3RD) or 3 reduced speeds (62.3R,66.3R).
