ONE-PIECE FRAME

The one-piece body resulting from extrusion is the strongest and lightest solution, which refrains from any screw or rivet assembly. The digital machining is of the polished CNC type, hard anodised black then treated with Teflon.

 

THE FIBRE COMPOSITE SHEAVE

The high-strength resin sheave (aluminium on larger models) has a composite fibre insert which rotates on a polished machined stainless steel spacer: the guarantee of minimal friction even under heavy loads and without lubricants. The captive ball bearings on the sides help to reduce friction, making them easy to dismantle and maintain. The sheaves are supplied with a polished stainless steel spacer and are available separately.

REMOVABLE LOOP AND DOG-BONE ATTACHMENT

Dyneema™ removable loop attachments including an aluminium dog bone are available. Dog bones are also available separately to make Loops of any size.

 

DETACHABLE LOOP

These removable loops are made from long unsheathed braided Dyneema™.

 

For a ‘Transfer Looper’, the pulley without removable loop is available. In this case, the rope is not included. For this version without removable loop, simply replace the LS prefix with LL in the product reference.

 

REMOVABLE BUCKLE AND DOG-BONE FASTENING

Dyneema™ removable buckle attachments including an aluminium dog bone are available. Dog bones are also available separately.
