Now a benchmark in the industry, the Antal “One Piece Frame” block—designed without pins, screws, or nuts—is a lightweight yet robust solution.
Its body is machined from a single block of hard-anodized black aluminum and treated with a Teflon-type coating for maximum durability.
A complete range of blocks is available, with sheaves from 50 to 160 mm in single, double, triple, violin, low-profile (deck), lashing, or shackle configurations.
Safe Working Loads (SWL) are rated according to compatible HR shackle ranges.
COMPOSITE FIBER SHEAVE
The high-strength resin sheave (aluminum on larger models) includes a composite fiber insert rotating on a machined, polished stainless-steel spacer.
This ensures minimal friction even under high loads—without the need for lubrication.
Side-mounted captive ball bearings further reduce friction and allow for easy disassembly and maintenance.
Sheaves are supplied with the polished stainless spacer and are also available separately.
HR SWIVEL HEAD
Made of high-strength stainless steel, the HR head offers three working positions: free rotation (swivel), fore-aft lock, or transverse lock.
Supplied with HR shackles.
ONE PIECE FRAME BODY
The body, extruded from a single aluminum profile, is the lightest and strongest design, avoiding the need for screws or rivets.
Digitally CNC-machined, polished, hard-anodized in black, and Teflon-treated for added protection.
