The Antal XT30.2R winch is the strategic choice for 26 to 33-foot racing sailboats. Part of the Race series, this model combines exceptional weight savings with a powerful 30:1 gear ratio.
The drum is precision-machined from high-grade aluminum and finished with a black hard-anodized coating. This reduces peripheral weight for minimal inertia while providing extreme resistance to wear from technical lines like Dyneema.
With its direct drive (1:1), the XT30.2R allows for ultra-fast line recovery during mark roundings. The second gear (30:1) provides the necessary power to fine-tune genoa or spinnaker sheets under heavy loads.
The fixed composite self-tailing arm ensures fluid line guiding. The mechanism automatically adjusts to the rope diameter, guaranteeing perfect grip without slipping, even in the most demanding racing conditions.
