The duo returned to competition for this 3rd round of the World Cup in Kiel, Germany, after helmsman Erwan FICHER went on paternity leave. Despite little training and a collision caused by an opponent on the 1st day which resulted in a hole in the 49er, the duo embarked on a hellish comeback and ended up with the yellow jersey in the medal race.
By taking 5th place in this same medal race, they won the famous Kiel week ahead of the German duo Meggendorfer/Spranger.
The members of the ALLEN By XPO team, which we have been equipping since last year, are starting the 2025 season in the best possible way, with the aim of retaining the World Champions title they won last year in the Canaries.
