ONE-PIECE FRAME

The body of the LOOPER is precision-engineered from a single aluminium extrusion — the strongest and lightest construction available.
No rivets, pins, or screws are used in the assembly. Each frame is CNC machined, polished, hard-anodized in black, and Teflon-coated for superior durability and corrosion resistance in marine environments.

COMPOSITE FIBRE SHEAVE

The sheave, made of high-performance resin (or aluminium in larger models), rotates on a Composite Fibre bearing and a ground stainless-steel hub, ensuring:

Easy maintenance thanks to a self-captive side ball bearing that simplifies disassembly and cleaning

All sheaves come with a stainless-steel hub and can be supplied separately.
