20mm Single Tii-On High Load Block — Stainless Sheave for Peak Performance

The A2020TIIHL is the heavy-duty version of our Tii-On block. Featuring a stainless-steel sheave, it offers higher working loads, faster rolling speeds, and lower friction compared to standard acetal sheaves.

High Load Stainless Sheave

The stainless-steel sheave upgrade allows this block to be used with both rope and wire. It is the perfect choice for high-tension applications in dinghies, windsurfing, and kitesurfing.

Tii-On Structural Integrity

The stainless-steel head loop ensures minimal cheek separation and maintains the block's orientation. Proper attachment—feeding the line through the head and around the central axle—is vital for maximum strength.

Patented Bearing System & Becket

Utilizes our patented twin rows of stainless-steel ball bearings on a stainless-steel rail. The hollow central rivet acts as a rope-friendly becket, perfect for cascade tie-offs.
