Plain Bearing 40mm quadruple Deck Organiser

The Plain Bearing 40mm quadruple Deck Organiser is designed to lead control lines and halyards efficiently along the deck or coachroof, ensuring clean and organised line runs on board.

Manufactured with black anodised, marine-grade aluminium cheeks, it provides strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability in demanding marine environments. Supplied complete with four bolts, nuts, and washers for straightforward installation.

The central non-sheave column can be used as a becket, adding further versatility. Units can be easily stacked to create a double-height deck organiser. When stacked, the upper organiser is rated to two-thirds of the maximum working and breaking load.

Plain Bearing Technology (PB)

PB stands for Plain Bearing. The plain bearing sheaves are designed to provide strong static load capability while remaining lightweight and cost-effective. They are the ideal solution for control systems that are not continuously adjusted or subject to high-speed running.

Manufactured using recycled materials, the PB version features a grey sheave for clear visual differentiation from the Dynamic Bearing models.

The PB deck organiser range is rated on the basis of a 30° deflection angle around the sheave. At 30°, the load factor represents 50% of the applied line load.
