Dynamic Bearing 20mm Triple Deck Organiser

The Dynamic Bearing 20mm Triple Deck Organiser is engineered to efficiently lead control lines and halyards along the deck or coachroof, ensuring optimal line management and reduced friction on board.

Manufactured with black anodised, marine-grade aluminium cheeks, this organiser delivers strength, durability, and corrosion resistance in demanding marine environments. Supplied complete with four bolts, nuts, and washers for straightforward installation.

The central non-sheave column can also be used as a becket, adding further versatility. Units can be easily stacked to create a double-height deck organiser. When stacked, the upper organiser is rated to two-thirds of the maximum working and breaking load.

### Dynamic Bearing Technology (DB)

DB stands for Dynamic Bearing, the patented bearing system developed by Allen Brothers. This advanced system incorporates twin rows of stainless-steel ball bearings running on a stainless-steel axle. The result is exceptionally low friction, high rolling speeds, and smooth, efficient rope handling around the sheave.

Dynamic Bearing technology is particularly suited to applications requiring rapid sheave movement, making the DB deck organiser range ideal for halyard and control line systems on sportsboats up to 28ft. It is also an excellent solution for dinghies where control lines must be led along the deck or diverted from the mast base.

The DB deck organiser range is rated on a 30° deflection angle around the sheave. At 30°, the load factor corresponds to 50% of the line load.
