The Antal XT76.3R winch is engineered for prestige vessels and 65 to 80-foot racing yachts. This Race series model is the essential tool for managing extreme tensions on large genoa sheets and mainsail halyards on Maxi Yachts.
The three-speed architecture provides exceptional progressivity. The first gear allows for fast hauling under moderate loads, while the third gear (76:1) provides the necessary force for final adjustments under tensions exceeding several tons.
Despite its imposing dimensions, the XT76.3R maximizes weight savings. The hard-anodized black aluminum drum is machined to reduce inertia, ensuring fluid rotation and optimal heat dissipation during fast maneuvers.
High-strength steel and bronze gears are mounted on large-diameter needle bearings. The auto-adaptive XT self-tailing system accepts 12 to 20 mm technical ropes, providing infallible safety and line holding.
